Swindon's hotly anticipated North Star Village (Snoasis) is filling up fast – with businesses signing pre-let agreements for around half the development's space.

Once built, the £270 million North Star Village will cover 500,000 square feet, making it one of the UK's largest regional leisure schemes. It will also be home to a snow centre, featuring real-snow slopes and covering 180,000 square feet.

In addition to the snow centre, the scheme's developer, SevenCapital, has exchanged contracts with leading leisure, sports and retail businesses, including:

• Empire Cinemas (13 cinema screens and Europe's largest IMAX screen)
• Ellis Brigham (9,000 square feet)
• Hollywood Bowl (27,000 square feet).

With prestigious tenants coming on board while the development's in its approval stages, North Star Village's future couldn't be brighter. Watch this space!
