Ideal event for anyone who is thinking about building their own house.
One of the biggest events in the house-building calendar – The National Self Build & Renovation Show – will be returning to Swindon this weekend 16th October – with changes to the traditional format implemented to ensure everyone stays safe.
While the National Self Build and Renovation Centre (NSBRC) extends to a spacious 67,000 square feet, the venue can still get busy during conferences and shows. So this year there will be a number of changes to the usual format – notably the replacement of live presentations and tours by recorded videos and audio guides.

The NSBRC is still able to host more than 250 exhibitors, many of whom will be on hand to engage with visitors during the show. And visitors can book free 1:2:1 appointments with self build experts.
The team will also be sharing key homebuilding information in its new attraction – the Self Build Cinema.
"This is still the ideal event for anyone who is thinking about building their own house or improving or extending their current home," said NSBRC managing director Harvey Fremlin.
The show takes place from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October, and runs from 9am to 4pm every day. Further information – including free advance ticket booking – can be found at www.nsbrc.co.uk/the-national-self-build-and-renovation-show-october/
