February half term is just around the corner and everybody at STEAM is thrilled to be hosting an abundance of arts and science activities for visitors of all ages to enjoy.

Bridge Building Workshop
Monday 13th and Wednesday 15th February.

Drop-in: 10:30am – 12:30pm, 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Budding Civil Engineers and Designers will have the opportunity to build and test creative bridge designs using Polydron construction materials. Perfect for developing STEM skills.

Get up close to the SUN
Monday 13th - Sunday 19th February

An awe-inspiring 3D recreation of the SUN will be making its debut in STEAM’s Great Western Hall as part of the Festival of Tomorrow!

The SUN is free to view in STEAM’s Great Western Hall. The installation is funded by the UKRI Science and Technology Facilities Council.

Meet the Railway Workers
Saturday 18 February

Hosted by STEAM’s friendly and knowledgeable volunteers, this activity is brilliant fun for all the family.

You’ll have the opportunity to get onto the footplate of No. 3717 City of Truro, No. 6000 King George V and No. 2818! Plus, enjoy a guided tour of STEAM.

Prime Theatre Workshops
