ENCHANTED GARDENS LIGHT TRAIL

When: 2nd December to 31st December (closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day)

Where: Town Gardens, Swindon

Join Brighter Futures and see the Town Gardens, Swindon like you have never seen it before!

South Swindon Parish Council have chosen Brighter Futures as the charity beneficiary for this magical event and they are delighted to be a part of the fun!

This December, Swindon's Old Town Gardens will be transformed into a 1.5km light spectacular! The Enchanted Gardens Light Trail will bring the gardens to life with a number of illuminated features.

State-of-the-art lighting effects will be installed throughout the Victorian Gardens, allowing visitors to wander through a magical backdrop of illuminated trees, discovering a trail of remarkable light art sculptures, low-level soundscapes, interactive illuminations and a specially commissioned light show set in the historic Bowl.

Tickets for the trail cost £5.50 for children (aged 5-17 years) and £10.50 for adults. Under 4’s and carers/assistants may attend free of charge with a paying ticket holder. A shuttle bus service from Nationwide will be available to book too.

As part of the event partnership between South Swindon Parish Council and Brighter Futures, £1 from every ticket sold will be donated to the charity. You will find the Brighter Futures team and volunteers at the light trail throughout December, selling its Christmas raffle tickets.

Enchanted Lights

Times:

Sunday - Thursday | 5.20pm - 9pm, with bookable timeslots every 20mins.

Last entry being 8.20pm.

Friday - Saturday | 5.20pm - 10pm, with bookable timeslots every 20mins.

Last entry being 9.20pm

The trail is approximately 1.5km in length. We anticipate your time with us to be
around 40-60 minutes, however you are welcome to take your time and stay as
long as you like. We just ask you arrive at your booked session on time.

Adults | £10.50

Children (5-17 years) | £5.50

Under 4's and carers | Free of charge (with a paying adult ticket holder)

£1 from each ticket sold will be donated to charity partner, Brighter Futures.

Tickets will be available online via our official ticking partner, Skiddle. Limited tickets will be available on the gate, depending on capacity levels. Pre-booking is encouraged.
