The Queen is well-known for her unflagging support for charities and the organisers of Pimm's in the Park 2022 are keen to mirror that. On this occasion they have decided to support local charities and Prospect Hospice, Threshold, Ipsum, Swindon Down's Syndrome Group, Swindon & Wiltshire PRIDE and The Veterans Hub Swindon will all have stands at the event.
Lydiard Park is a beautiful historic estate on the western edge of Swindon. A Palladian House, Church and Walled Garden are set in 260 acres of parkland which surrounds a wonderful lake. It's a gorgeous setting for Pimm's in the Park 2022.
Fun fact: On 7 November 1997 the Queen visited Swindon and took lunch with 50 guests at Lydiard House, the first monarch to visit the house since Elizabeth I in 1592.
Feel-good community events like Pimm's in the Park 2022 are a great opportunity for businesses to reach a captive audience and the organisers are offering a variety of sponsorship packages, from £500 to £1,300. Interested parties should contact Debra Collins: debracollins@synistermusicevents.co.uk.
