During the last year, the COVID-19 Pandemic has completely changed our lives. People across the globe have been living amid restrictions and our lives have been fraught with fear and danger everywhere we turn, triggering stress and anxiety for many people.
It’s changed how we live, how we work, where we go, who we see and how we interact with each other and for many people, even the simplest of tasks, such as grocery shopping or going outside for exercise, can induce unmanageable levels of stress, worry and anxiety.
Living in isolation and chronic fear can have a profound effect on our wellbeing. It’s hard to see anything good in times like this because we feel so afraid and alone.
