We have a fun and inclusive atmosphere within the club, and we pride ourselves on developing brand new players to the sport with absolutely no previous experience needed. There are positions for all sizes and all fitness levels are catered for. For many of our most productive players, this is their first club sport experience since secondary school!

The club supplies all equipment for first years players; the helmets, shoulder pads, lower sets, game and practice shirts. All new players need:

• A gum shield.
• Sports kit suitable for training outside that they won't mind getting dirty or ripped .
• Footwear suitable for grass like rugby or football boots.
• All activities are Covid-19 compliant and Risk Assessed. All staff are qualified, insured, registered with the National Governing Body (BAFA) and enhanced DBS checked.

Apr 11th marks the start of pre-season. Training will be on Sunday mornings, with mid week evening sessions starting in May. We play in the UK National League and expect to take part in a reduced season for 2021, with the league season starting in June vs other teams based in the South West. This will culminate in a short play-offs and "Britbowl" in early Sept 21.

We then plan to continue to train throughout winter 21, holding exhibition games and recruitment events in preparation for a full season from Apr 2022.

Pre season subs will be just £5 per session. Subs will be paid on Eventbrite. An additional annual fee will need to be paid directly to BAFA for game insurance by June 21.
