Come and join Lisa Flack, the founder and owner of Peculiar Gin Company for a collaboration of gin and dishes inspired by world ingredients from our Green Room menu.

Peculiar Gin will be serving up five different craft gins mixed with unique botanicals and tonics, as well as a gin liqueur. Enjoy delicious small plates of food prepared in front of you by our chefs around the tapas bar. Lisa will give you tasting notes and a guide for recreating ‘g & t’s’ at home guaranteed to impress family and friends.
