The Goddard Arms is an old converted coaching inn where horse-drawn coaches used to change horses en-route to their next destination. It is also right next door to the beautiful 50-acre Lawns which was once the estate of the Goddard family and where the name of the hotel comes from. The landlords are passionate about great British food and offer a rich heritage of cask ales and newer craft beers, an extensive gin selection and wine range. From a quick lunch or snacks with a drink after work, to a sit down dinner or a party with canapés and Prosecco – The Goddards can cater for you
